New Session of MD 1st year will commence from 1st August.

2.

Your Fee dues for the upcoming year shall have to be clear.

3.

Following documents are mandatory to be submitted at the time of admission. If you have not already submitted any of the following documents till now please get them for submission.

  • BNYS pass/ degree certificate issued by the university.
  • Mark cards of all the university examination passed BNYS course.
  • Attempt certificate issued by the principal.
  • Completion of internship certificate.
  • Proof of SC/ST or category 1 (as the case may be)

In addition:
a.   Photocopy of marks sheet & certificate of 10th (2 Sets, self attested) 
b.       Photocopy of marks sheet & certificate of 12th (2 Sets, self attested)
c.       Original T.C/ Migration Certificate of the University where B.N.Y.S. is completed + 2 Photocopies (Self attested)
d.       Photographs - Six Recent passport size Photographs of the student 2 photographs of Mother 2 photographs of Father
e.        Photocopy of Self attested Aadhar card 2 copies
f.         Affidavits (Matter will be provided by the College Office)
g.        Photocopy of all fee Receipts/ Payments done
h.       Cast Certificate (Attested by gazetted officer)
